What We Provide at Kessock Highland Lodges
All the lodges are provided with the following included in the tariff.
Heating, electricity and gas: full central heating in each lodge with the boiler on 24 hours a day. There is some solar heating. The lodges get very warm during the day due to their southerly aspect. We leave it to you to adjust the thermostats on each radiator to obtain the level of warmth you are comfortable with. To keep costs down, we would urge that you turn the individual radiator thermostats down in rooms which are not used and overnight. Please switch off lights not in use, particularly the outside lights.
Kitchens are equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating including kitchen roll, tinfoil, clingfilm etc., washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing powder. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper are provided. Each lodge has a coffee machine.
Tesco on line from www.tesco.com is available and can be delivered to your lodge. Just order online and put in the name of your lodge and our address.
All bed linen usually at least 300 thread count, 1 bath sheet, 1bath towel, 1 hand towel per person including bath mats, tea towels and guest towels as appropriate.
Toilet cleaner, toilet rolls and toiletries.
All the lodges have low energy lighting and energy efficient appliances
We provide recycling bins.
Under cover storage available for cycles, skis, golf bags etc.
The water is a private supply from a well and a bore hole.
When your stay is over
Check out is by 9.30 am at the latest and it would be very much appreciated if you would leave the property as you found it! Thank you.

- £100 cash security deposit on arrival, includes key deposit.
- £10 for the hire of a travel cot to be left in a clean and reusable condition.
- £10 for the hire of a high chair to be left in a clean and reusable condition.
